Skiing & Snowboarding

Many of Spain's northern ski resorts are located near Barcelona, especially in the Catalan Pyrenees. Andorra, Núria and Baqueira-Beret are the most popular destinations. Drop by any local travel agency or tourist offices for special ski packages. You can usually find an economic deal that includes the bus ride, lift pass and rentals.

Several companies also run buses from Ronda de l'Universitat 5 and the Sants train station to different ski resorts. Taking one of those buses can be a good and spontanious option for a day trip. For further information about skiing in Barcelona, contact the tourist office at the Palau Robert:

Ice Skating

Nostalgic for your childhood days on the rink, or wish you'd had the opportunity to learn? There are a couple of ice skating rinks in Barcelona, but we recommend calling for opening hours, as the schedules are subject to change.
